4. Purposes of data treatments
4.1. Identity data
Identity data allows us to provide our users and customers information on services likely to be or being of interest to our users and customers, and to contact them.
4.2. Professional data
Professional data is used only in the context of our business relationship, especially for professional ICT services.
4.3. Banking data
If it may apply banking data will exclusively be used for services being provided.
4.4. Behavioral marketing data
Behavioral marketing data allows us to better understand profile and usage of our users and customers, and to anticipate their needs.
6. Data recipients
Our service providers, partners and / or subcontractors may access with restrictions your personal data for the processing of operations they perform. We carefully choose all our subcontractors and ensure that they meet the same level of data protection requirements as the one we offer (including if our subcontractors are located outside of the European Union). All our subcontractors are listed in a record of processing activities which is kept internally. Information on our subcontractors can be requested to firstname.lastname@example.org. All our subcontractors are inflected obligations regarding personal data protection and we never sell or share personal data with any third party without prior consent.
7. Duration of data retention
Personal data is only kept for limited duration, i.e.,:
□ when you show interest to our services your data will be deleted after 3 years following December the 31st of your absence of reaction to our messages
□ when we provide services your data will be deleted 10 years following December 31st of the end of the contractual relationship.
8. Data update
We will delete or modify any of personal data that would be proven to be inaccurate.
9. Data protection
We guarantee that technical, organizational and human measures are taken to ensure the protection of your privacy, especially against loss, abuse, unauthorized access, modification and destruction.
The storage mode as well as the security and confidentiality measures of your data are specified in a record of processing activities developed and kept internally. In the event of a recognized breach of your personal data, we will notify the Data Protection Authority as soon as possible and, if possible, not later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it.
10. Your rights
At any time and free of any charge, you may ask to:
□ access your personal data and retrieve it as a copy (easily usable and allowing data portability)
□ request deletion of your personal data
□ modify inaccurate or incomplete personal data
□ request a limited use of your personal data
□ refuse the processing of your personal data (opposition).
To do so, simply send an email to email@example.com, indicating “privacy data” in the subject line and attaching a copy of the verso of your identity card and a brief description of your demand. Your claim will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within one month of receipt of your request.
In accordance with our applicable law and if you consider that the processing of your personal data is illegal you are legitimate to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (https://www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
